Hurricane Awareness Campaign
Description: This was a hurricane awareness campaign that touched current and prospective customers to promote brand awareness, Xylem’s 24/7 service and support and easily accessible information readily available to the customer during an emergency.
Role: Design and developed campaign.
Process:
– I created a flow chart to develop the steps needed to make the campaign work
– Designed the emails, landing pages and downloadable brochure, while working with copywriter and marketing director on content of the pieces.
– I also designed the look and feel of the web page and outsourced the development to our web provider.
– Programmed the email and landing pages into Marketo
– Uploaded lists and launched campaign.
Success: This campaign created brand awareness and had a 25% click through rate.
